As a Client Services Manager in our Facilities Management team, you’ll lead the delivery of cleaning services across allocated schools, ensuring we meet Minimum Service Requirements and uphold strong quality, safety and environmental standards. You’ll build trusted relationships with school representatives while guiding and supporting your team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes . This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive continuous improvement, champion safety, and create environments where students and staff can thrive.

As a Client Services Manager in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Leading day-to-day cleaning service delivery across allocated schools

  • Managing, coaching and supporting up to 37 cleaning team members

  • Building strong relationships with school representatives

  • Monitoring compliance with Cleaning Service Plans and MSRs

  • Conducting audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

  • Promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture

  • A valid Australian Driver Licence and a Working with Children Check (willing to obtain one is fine if you don't already hold WWCC)
