As a P&C Business Partner in the AsPac People & Capability team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering people strategies that strengthen our culture and drive long-term success. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to influence change, enable transformation, and ensure Serco has the right talent to thrive. You’ll work across diverse business areas, creating scalable HR solutions while championing a high-performance and inclusive environment.
As a P&C Business Partner in the AsPac team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver strategic HR programs

Driving leadership development, talent planning, and succession initiatives

Leading workforce planning through data-driven insights
-
Managing complex employee relations and performance matters
-
Supporting EA bargaining and Fair Work conciliations

Collaborating with COEs to deliver scalable and inclusive people solutions

Your ideal skills & experience:

Proven HR leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role

Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels

Deep expertise in workforce planning, change management, and talent development

Skilled in navigating complex industrial and employee relations matters

Excellent consulting and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset
-
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
