Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology? As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing smart, people-centred digital solutions that improve lives and services. In this role, you'll collaborate across diverse teams—from developers to UI/UX designers—to deliver agile, user-focused outcomes for essential government services. As a Senior Technical Business Analyst in the Technology team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Leading requirements-gathering sessions across business and technical teams

  • Documenting user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria

  • Collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure intuitive, feasible solutions

  • Mapping and improving business processes using Lean, BPMN and Six Sigma methodologies

  • Supporting Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement

  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and supporting successful rollouts

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • A degree in IT, Business Analysis or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and system development

  • Strong skills in SDLC, Agile and DevOps environments

  • Confidence working with .NET, Oracle, SQL, and modern UI/UX frameworks

  • Experience in process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
