We’re looking for a collaborative, strategic and people-first Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our Health Hub talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll deliver a full end-to-end talent advisory service across the Australian Defence Force Health Services Contract (AHSC)—proactively attracting, sourcing, and maintaining a quality pipeline of talent to meet dynamic business needs. This is a highly visible and strategic role, where you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape recruitment and workforce planning efforts, all while making a meaningful impact on people's careers and lives.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the Health Hub recruiting team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Leading proactive sourcing for healthcare roles, forecasting talent needs & nurturing talent pools

Partnering with leaders to develop impactful sourcing strategies & targeted attraction campaigns and pipelines

Guiding hiring managers through recruitment best practice process and systems

Using digital tools to streamline recruitment and elevate candidate experience

Ensure high levels of governance & compliance checklists are rigorously gathered & documented

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

Proven experience in recruiting healthcare professionals in Australia (Essential) - internal or agency side

Strong skills in candidate sourcing, market mapping and headhunting

Strong understanding of governance, AHPRA & clinical credentialling requirements

Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service approach

Confidence in managing multiple roles with changing priorities
-
Passion for creating inclusive and memorable candidate experiences
- A clinical background would be a huge bonus, but not required
