As a Workorder Hub Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of essential maintenance services for public housing across Victoria. Working within the Homes Victoria Property Maintenance Services team, you’ll help ensure work orders are managed efficiently so renters receive safe and well-maintained homes. This role connects field teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders, helping keep operations organised, responsive and customer focused. Your work plays a key part in maintaining housing services that directly support local communities.

 

As a Workorder Hub Administrator in the Workorder Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Managing work orders through contractor management systems to meet timeframes
  • Monitoring job status and resolving workflow risks across maintenance activities
  • Triaging unallocated work orders and supporting urgent maintenance requests
  • Supporting subcontractors with administrative queries, claims and escalations
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and billing activities through SAP systems
  • Engaging with renters and stakeholders to ensure responsive customer service

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Certificate III or higher in Business, Office Administration, Finance or Engineering
  • Experience in administration, facilities management or service operations
  • Confidence working in high-volume workflow or customer service environments
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Ability to use systems such as Microsoft Office and workflow management tools
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
