As an Electrical Qualified Supervisor in our AASC team, you'll provide technical leadership and support across electrical operations, helping to ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard. Your expertise will support engineers, suppliers, maintenance teams, and property stakeholders while driving quality and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do as a Electrical Qualified Supervisor
- Provide technical advice, guidance, and support to electrical engineers and the wider electrical team.
- Carry out audits of engineers, suppliers, electrical works, and certification to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Review electrical certification and business-as-usual electrical works, identifying improvements and ensuring accuracy.
- Support the Electrical Manager in maintaining compliance with legislation, regulations, and new processes.
- Identify training needs and help colleagues maintain the qualifications required to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Conduct field-based audits, engage with stakeholders, and support operational delivery across the region.
Does this sound like you?
- Hold a JIB Gold Card and 18th Edition BS7671 qualification.
- Hold a Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (2391).
- Have strong technical knowledge of electrical compliance, testing, inspection, and certification processes.
- Able to build trust with colleagues, provide coaching and support, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the region as required.

Vetting and checks
This role requires BPSS clearance, which involves identity verification, employment history, and criminal record checks to meet government security standards. An Occupational Health Questionnaire will also be required to ensure we can offer appropriate support for your wellbeing and performance.
