We’re looking for a motivated Maintenance Administrator to support the Medical and Dental Equipment Support Services Contract at Moorebank, NSW. You’ll play a key role in coordinating equipment maintenance, managing data systems, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work closely with a committed team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration in delivering high-quality logistics support to our Defence customer.
As a Maintenance Administrator in the Defence team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
•    Processing and updating maintenance and invoicing information in logistics systems
•    Responding to customer requests and managing service communications
•    Supporting scheduling of equipment maintenance activities
•    Maintaining accurate records and documentation for inventory and repairs
•    Assisting with the preparation of monthly customer invoices
•    Updating equipment warehousing and inventory data

•    Previous experience in database/administration environments
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•    Experience using SAP is highly desirable
•    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•    Great communication and problem-solving abilities
•    Familiarity with logistics systems (Defence experience desirable)
•    Ability to hold or currently hold Defence security clearance
