As the Additional Works Program Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll lead the Additional Works Team within the Major Works function, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality projects across the hospital’s portfolio. Anchored by Serco’s values of trust, care, innovation, and pride, you’ll contribute to our purpose of impacting a better future for the Western Australian community.
As the Additional Works Program Manager in the FSH team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
· Providing leadership and direction to the Additional Works team
· Applying effective governance controls across all delivery activities
· Monitoring project schedules, financials and milestones to track delivery performance
· Coordinating audits, quality reviews and ensuring compliance with standards
· Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering positive working relationships
· Effectively facilitating early engagement, scoping and estimation activities
· Preparing reports, chairing meetings and driving continuous improvement initiatives

· Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects in a healthcare or building environment
· Strong leadership and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
· Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with FSH outcomes
· Expertise in risk management, budgeting and financial forecasting
· Knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, or Agile)
· Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent industry experience
