As a Project Manager in the Additional Works team at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll manage multi-disciplined projects across various departments, delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to project scoping, planning and reporting, and support continuous improvement across our processes. This role offers the chance to make a real impact while collaborating with a passionate and high-performing team.
As an Additional Works Project Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Managing multiple projects valued up to $1.5M through the full or partial project lifecycle

Engaging stakeholders to provide planning and briefing support for new initiatives

Preparing and maintaining project documentation to ensure smooth handovers and compliance
-
Developing reports, presentations, and updates for project and executive stakeholders

Supporting scoping, estimation, and proposal development for additional works projects
-
Mentoring and providing guidance to less experienced team members

Strong knowledge of project finance, budgeting, and building/engineering principles

Experience interpreting technical drawings and preparing cost/time estimates

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project Professional, and SharePoint

Experience in project administration, document control, or the building/facility management industry
-
Relevant qualifications such as a university degree and PRINCE2 or equivalent certification
