- $35.80 an hour + super
- Part Time, permanent opportunity, working 5 shifts a fortnight
- All shifts will be weekdays only, either 7:30am - 3:30pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm

As a Customer Service Officer in the Parking team, at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll support the delivery of Vehicle and Traffic Management Services and Fleet Services. You’ll provide high-quality customer service to hospital users, manage parking and fleet-related requests, and provide timely advice and assistance across a range of services. Working closely with the VTMS Manager, Transport Services Manager, SMHS Fleet Coordinator and other Facility Management Services teams, you’ll help deliver a seamless experience for customers.
As a Customer Service Officer (Parking Desk), you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and providing effective solutions
- Ensuring relevant policies, procedures and work instructions are followed
- Managing available staff and subcontractor resources effectively
- Logging service requests into and processing parking permit and fleet user requests
- Providing timely and accurate advice on infringements, appeals, refunds and Fleet Services obligations
- Delivering high-quality face-to-face customer service and using de-escalation techniques to support dissatisfied hospital users
- Escalating significant complaints and issues to the VTMS Manager
- Supporting users experiencing difficulties with OnBase, permits, swipe cards, payments and related services
- Monitoring and coordinating bulk printing of ticket requests and recording voucher allocations, validations, interactions and data
- Collaborating with Helpdesk, ICT and other Facility Management Services teams to deliver a seamless user experience
- Contributing to innovation, continuous improvement, quality, risk and accreditation activities
