As our Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead, you’ll play a key role in strengthening risk and compliance practices across Facilities Management services at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks, while supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working within the Assurance team, you’ll help shape governance frameworks and ensure alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support safe, high-quality service delivery.
As a Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead in the Assurance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- leading risk, compliance and contingency management across FM services
- building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and representing the department
- developing and maintaining risk frameworks, registers and reporting processes
- supporting services in identifying, analysing and solving complex problems
- delivering training, guidance and practical tools to uplift risk capability
- monitoring compliance and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Experience that will support your success could include working within governance, audit, risk or quality management environments, particularly within complex or regulated industries such as healthcare, facilities management or government service delivery.
