As a HR Administrator, you will provide professional and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this fast-paced role, you will:

Deliver accurate HR advice, documentation and reporting in line with policies and agreements

Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment processes, including compliance checks and interview logistics

Assist with HR projects by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and recording actions

Respond to general HR queries via phone and email, escalating as required

Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and other hospital support services

Experience in administration, HR or recruitment support

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
