We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support our Recruitment function during a busy and exciting period. This 9-month fixed term opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has an interest in recruitment. Working closely with the Recruitment team, you’ll help ensure activities run smoothly, efficiently, and accurately while gaining valuable hands-on experience. This role offers strong exposure to recruitment processes and may lead to future opportunities.

As a HR Administrator in the Recruitment team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support across end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Managing and maintaining data across multiple HR and recruitment systems
  • Coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling requirements
  • Anticipating team needs and supporting recruitment delivery
  • Supporting high-volume recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
