As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play an important role in supporting leaders and teams across Fiona Stanley Hospital. You’ll partner closely with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to deliver practical, people-focused HR solutions in a fast-paced environment. Working within the HR Connect team, you’ll help create a positive workplace experience for employees while contributing to high-quality patient care outcomes.

As a Human Resources Business Partner in the HR Connect team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Partnering with leaders to deliver clear, practical HR advice and support
• Interpreting and providing advice on multiple industrial instruments
• Guiding workforce planning, change initiatives and position management
• Supporting the resolution of employee matters with care and professionalism
• Coaching and developing an HR Consultant to build team capability
• Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
