In this dynamic fast paced role, you will be an integral part of the HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate human resource administrative and advisory services. You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.
Your role includes supporting Fiona Stanely Hospital employees and leaders in:
- Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instruments
- Advising and executing position management processes including position creation and position reclassification
- Assisting in advising and executing change management processes
- Completing permanency reviews
- Advising and executing numerous policies and procedures
- Overseeing fitness for work processes
- Advising on the resolution of simple grievance processes
- Advising on the execution of simple performance management processes
- Assisting with organisation-wide projects and initiatives
- Working with a portfolio of approximately 3,000 employees; and
- Ensuring compliance with standards and KPI’s
- The HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary or investigative processes.

Your ideal skills and experience
- Demonstrated human resource experience (preferably in a HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position)
- Demonstrated strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated high proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems
- Demonstrated flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and coachability
- Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated strong level of attention to detail balanced against speed
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
