In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you’ll be an integral part of the HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate human resource advisory services. You’ll work in partnership with Human Resource Business Partners to support leaders and employees across a large and complex healthcare environment. This role focuses on delivering practical advice, supporting operational HR processes, and helping resolve a range of people matters while ensuring compliance with industrial instruments and organisational policies.

As a Human Resources Consultant in the HR Connect team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver practical HR advice and day-to-day support
  • Interpreting industrial instruments and guiding policy and process application
  • Supporting position management, change activities, and workforce processes
  • Assisting with permanency reviews and employment lifecycle administration
  • Supporting performance, grievance, and fitness for work processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The HR Connect team does not provide end-to-end HR advisory services and does not manage disciplinary, misconduct, or investigative processes.
