Make an impact at Serco
The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior member of the growing HR Connect team at Fiona Stanley Hospital partnering with clinical and non-clinical managers and senior leaders to design and deliver expert HR strategies and solutions as part of an integrated Human Resources service. This role also provides leadership, coaching and development for one HR Consultant, reporting into you.
You will collaborate and partner with various service counterparts and stakeholders in your respective portfolio, to ensure seamless HR service delivery across:
- Change management
- Grievance resolution
- Performance management
- Capability building
- Position management
- Policy, procedure and Industrial Agreement interpretation and application
- Employee engagement
- Workforce planning cyclical HR activities and people programs
- Non-work-related injury management
- Contract reporting and metrics

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Demonstrated expertise in change management
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, high volume case management
- Proven human resource experience in large organisations, navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands.
- Strong ability to build credibility, influence and negotiate with various level of stakeholders.
- Provide human resource advice and services that enable and support stakeholders to be compliant with legislation, regulation, policies, frameworks and procedures.
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables.
