As the Practice Delivery Lead (Business Analysis, Change and Testing), you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across three critical delivery disciplines within the FSH Major Works – ICTD Portfolio Delivery function. Reporting to the ICTD Portfolio & Program Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure business analysis, change management, and testing practices are consistent, high quality, and aligned to organizational and clinical outcomes.
You’ll play a key role in shaping delivery standards, uplifting capability, and ensuring projects transition smoothly into live operations — enabling successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across Fiona Stanley Hospital.
As a Practice Delivery Lead, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across business analysis, change, and testing domains
- Defining and governing standards, methodologies, tools, and frameworks across all three practices
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Governing requirements management to ensure traceability, quality, and strategic alignment
- Leading change strategy, planning, communication, and deployment activities
- Driving adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviors
- Owning the testing framework and overseeing functional and non-functional testing activities
- Managing quality assurance, risk, defect management, and compliance requirements
- Proactively engaging with senior managers to enable and support ICTD portfolio and operational service delivery outcomes
- Ensuring contractual KPIs, service plans, and delivery timelines are met
- Championing continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Undertaking resource planning to ensure capability meets project and operational demand
Serco is a place for you
As a people-focused leader, you’ll drive the team to work collaboratively to deliver outcomes while managing resources and talent effectively. Success comes from understanding the needs of internal customers—Project Managers, ICT, and Operations teams—and guiding the team to meet those needs. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and support project delivery on behalf of customers, while applying knowledge of key domain areas such as BA frameworks and change methodologies.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience leading teams across business analysis, change management, and/or testing domains
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience managing teams in complex delivery environments
- Demonstrated experience working within portfolio, program, or project delivery functions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capability

- Personal values aligned with Serco’s commitment to trust, care, innovation, and pride
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments (desirable)
- Experience delivering managed services as a service provider (desirable)
- Knowledge of programming or scripting concepts (desirable)
