Ideal candidates will bring records management experience or an information management background, along with a Certificate III in Information and Records Management, librarian experience, or hands-on experience in assurance projects.

As an Information & Records Management Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality electronic records and information management services within a hospital environment. You’ll work closely with the Information Manager and wider teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across systems and processes. Your role will help maintain critical records that support patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory standards.

As an Information & Records Management Administrator in the Contract Support team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Supporting document control processes and maintaining system integrity
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to improve record management practices
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and ISO9001 standards
  • Providing guidance and training on information management best practices
  • Reviewing processes to align with compliance and operational goals
  • Assisting audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives
