As an Information & Records Administrator at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality patient care by enabling a secure, reliable, and efficient electronic records environment. Working across all hospital departments, you’ll act as a key liaison between the ERM Service and end users, ensuring the hospital’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system supports seamless digital information flow.
You’ll play a hands-on role in reviewing service line processes and offering best practice advice. Your work will reduce reliance on paper records and help create a more sustainable, digitally enabled healthcare environment.
As an Information & Records Administrator, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Line Managers to assist with document control management systems
- Assist the Information Manager with meeting contractual and legislative obligations
- Reviewing and improving ERM business processes to support operational efficiency
- Managing hospital compliance with state legislation and Health policies, including the State Records Act 2000
- Maintaining and applying Records Retention and Disposal Schedules
- Providing expert advice on best practice information and records management
- Developing and maintaining work instructions and procedures
- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of ECM system data
