An opportunity has arisen to join the Managed Equipment Services (MES) team on a 6-month secondment as the MES Works Coordinator, supporting the scoping, coordination, and delivery of MES activities at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Working across a wide range of clinical services, you will help manage repair workflows, develop new requirements, support business case development, and coordinate MES projects that upgrade and replace critical medical equipment. Reporting directly to the MES Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational delivery and strong stakeholder engagement across the hospital environment.
As a MES Works Coordinator in the MES team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Coordinating and managing programs of work for equipment upgrades and procurement
- Developing and supporting project initiation documents and MES communications
- Managing repair workflows, estimates, and variations to support service delivery
- Ensuring asset management systems are maintained and compliant with policy
- Supporting commercial and KPI obligations across MES service requirements
- Liaising with clinical, FM, procurement, and subcontractor stakeholders
