Mailroom Clerk - $30.92 an hour + 20% casual loading + super
- Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch WA
- Casual Role, working 3 days or more a week
- Shifts will be 8am-4pm or 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday Friday
- Must be available 3+ days, 08:00am - 4:00pm for the first month for training

Make an impact at Serco
As a Mailroom Clerk at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll support the Electronic Records Management Service and help ensure mailroom services are delivered efficiently and reliably across the hospital. Working as part of the Mailroom team, you'll handle mail, support document processing and contribute to digitisation and records management activities. This is a practical and customer-focused role where your organisation, attention to detail and professional approach will help support the smooth delivery of hospital services.
As a Mailroom Clerk, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Handling, preparing and processing mail items
- Collecting and delivering internal mail throughout Fiona Stanley Hospital
- Collecting, weighing and replacing confidential waste bins throughout the hospital
- Opening, assessing, sorting and scanning mail items using the equipment provided
- Capturing metadata and indexing documents into the OnBase application
- Assisting with printing, courier, dispatch and receipt activities

- Demonstrated experience in a mailroom or logistics environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polite, presentable and professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using computer systems and records management applications
- The ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively as part of a team
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment, which would be highly desirable
