As Maintenance Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll lead the delivery of critical maintenance services across one of Australia’s largest healthcare facilities. Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and hospital stakeholders, you’ll ensure buildings, plant and equipment are maintained safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements. This is a key leadership role where your ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence and foster strong stakeholder relationships will contribute to exceptional service outcomes. You’ll join a team committed to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering outstanding support to patient care environments.

As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Leading maintenance operations to deliver safe, efficient and compliant services
  • Driving strategic initiatives and performance outcomes across the maintenance function
  • Managing budgets, resources and operational plans to achieve service delivery targets
  • Developing and supporting high-performing teams through coaching, engagement and leadership
  • Monitoring contractor performance and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within a complex maintenance or facilities management environment
  • Experience managing operational budgets and delivering outcomes within KPI-driven contracts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Well-developed problem-solving, organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office applications
  • Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities management or a related discipline
