As a Mechanical Support Engineer, you’ll provide engineering support across critical hospital systems, helping ensure safe and reliable operations. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and operational teams, gaining hands-on exposure to complex infrastructure. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build confidence while contributing to meaningful work. You’ll play an important part in maintaining systems that directly support patient care and hospital functionality.
As a Mechanical Support Engineer in the Engineering & Utilities team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- supporting safe operation of mechanical systems across the hospital
- reviewing and assisting with maintenance planning and risk mitigation
- contributing to incident response and technical problem-solving
- developing and updating engineering documentation and procedures
- assisting with engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- analysing system performance and supporting asset management activities
