Make an impact at Serco
As a Quality & Audit Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting quality management, audit activities and governance across the Fiona Stanley Hospital contract. Working within the Assurance team, you’ll help coordinate internal and external audits, maintain the Quality Management System, and support service lines in meeting contractual, regulatory and operational requirements.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills. You’ll work closely with leaders across the contract, helping translate complex compliance and assurance requirements into practical actions for operational teams while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
As a Quality & Audit Specialist, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Administering and maintaining the contract Quality Management System
- Coordinating internal and external audits, including ISO accreditation activities
- Conducting expert reviews across quality, safety, environment, risk and compliance areas
- Identifying improvement opportunities and managing corrective action plans
- Developing and maintaining quality policies, procedures and assurance documentation
- Providing advice, training and support to service lines on quality and compliance matters
- Supporting the development of the annual quality review and audit schedule
- Monitoring compliance performance and reporting key insights to stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with leaders to close audit findings and improve processes

Experience that will support your success could include working within assurance, audit, risk or quality management environments, particularly within complex or regulated industries such as healthcare, facilities management or government service delivery.
