- Managing recruitment processes across a variety of roles
- Providing advice on recruitment best practice and compliance requirements
- Creating a positive candidate experience from application through to offer
- Helping us continuously improve to support new growth initiatives
- Supporting organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements

- Recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment or public sector environment
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible as we respond to organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data
- A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering a great recruitment experience
