• Located at Fiona Stanley Hospital, on site 5 days a week

• Managing recruitment processes across a variety of roles
• Providing advice on recruitment best practice and compliance requirements
• Creating a positive candidate experience from application through to offer
• Helping us continuously improve to support new growth initiatives
• Supporting organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements

• Recruitment experience, ideally within an internal recruitment or public sector environment
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and remain flexible as we respond to organisational growth and evolving public sector recruitment requirements
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
• High attention to detail and confidence working across recruitment systems, spreadsheets and data
• A proactive approach with the initiative to see tasks through to completion
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering a great recruitment experience
