As a Reporting Analyst at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll play a key role in supporting Australia’s leading healthcare environment by ensuring the delivery of accurate, insightful, and compliant HR reporting.

You’ll work closely with the Performance and Reporting Manager and other stakeholders to deliver scheduled and ad hoc reporting requirements and analysis across Human Resources, Work Health & Safety, and Learning & Development, helping foster a safe, diverse, and engaged workforce.

In this role, you will:
• Provide reporting support to HRMS functions, delivering high-quality HR, WHS, and L&D reports and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customised reporting solutions using existing data and systems
• Analyse and review reports to identify improvements and ensure accuracy and quality
• Develop, test and implement new data repositories and report templates
• Prepare monthly and annual service and operational reports in line with KPIs and contractual obligations
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
• Support HRMS projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with other Facility Management Services to deliver a seamless user experience

• Highly developed analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and experience extracting data from databases
• Experience with Power BI and CRM systems such as Salesforce or SolvInjury
• Excellent report writing, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Systems or Human Resource Management (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reporting or data analysis role (health industry experience desirable)
