Working closely with operational leaders and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure data integrity while identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. As a Reporting Officer in the team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Producing accurate and timely operational and performance reports

  • Analysing data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities

  • Monitoring and reviewing performance against KPIs and contractual targets

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements

  • Maintaining data integrity across systems and reporting tools

  • Supporting continuous improvement through actionable insights
