As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping business solutions that improve outcomes for our customers and communities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, analyse processes, and deliver practical recommendations that drive efficiency and innovation. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll help translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly support service excellence across our operations.

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Major Works - ICT Portfolio Delivery team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Analysing business needs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Engaging stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
  • Developing clear documentation including business cases and process maps
  • Supporting delivery of projects through collaboration with teams
  • Evaluating solutions to ensure they meet business and customer needs
  • Facilitating workshops to drive alignment and shared understanding
