In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, healthy and supportive workplace at Fiona Stanley Hospital. Working closely with our Hard FM Service Line leaders, you’ll shape and deliver the Contract HSE Strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader Community and AsPac priorities. You’ll bring a holistic and practical approach to safety, wellbeing and environmental performance, helping our people feel confident, capable and cared for at work. You’ll also collaborate across contracts, contributing to wider HSE initiatives when needed.

As a Senior HSE Specialist – Hard Facilities Management in the Community HSE team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • developing and delivering the Contract HSE Strategy and service line plans

  • supporting leaders and teams through practical HSE coaching and advice

  • maintaining and improving HSE management systems and ISO certifications

  • monitoring risks, controls and incidents to drive continuous improvement

  • coordinating HSE projects, audits, inspections and engagement activities

  • partnering with stakeholders to strengthen safety, wellbeing and compliance
