As a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll play a key role in leading complex ICT programs and project across the Major Works Portfolio. Working closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, you'll coordinate program and project governance, delivery planning and strategic initiatives that support safe, reliable and high-quality ICT outcomes. This is a leadership role where your program and project management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills and ability to drive delivery across multiple initiatives will help support hospital operations and strategic transformation.
As a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:
- Developing and managing integrated program and project plans, governance documentation and delivery frameworks
- Coordinating multiple ICT initiatives, vendors, resources and delivery dependencies across the portfolio
- Managing program and project budgets, risks, issues, change control and governance reporting
- Supporting Steering Committees, Working Groups and executive decision-making processes
- Leading service transition, go-live planning and operational readiness activities
- Driving continuous improvement in program governance, delivery methodologies and operational excellence

- Proven experience leading complex programs and projects, ideally within a government and/or healthcare environment
- Strong expertise in program and project governance, integrated planning, stakeholder management and executive reporting
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, vendors and delivery partners in a complex environment
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, risk management, change control and contract-related activities
- A Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- PgMP, MSP or equivalent, and PMP® or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
