Anchored by our values of trust, care, innovation and pride, the Senior Technical Writer role supports our purpose to impact a better future. You’ll contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality documentation that meets complex contractual obligations at Fiona Stanley Hospital. You’ll work closely with the Performance & Reporting team to create clear, user-friendly documents and help shape the tools, processes and plans that support essential services. Your work helps ensure consistent, accurate reporting and supports strong relationships across the hospital and broader contract environment.

As a Senior Technical Writer in the Performance & Reporting team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • managing the collation, drafting and finalising of high-quality documentation

  • reviewing, updating and improving living documents including Service and Management Plans

  • preparing executive-level presentations that communicate complex information clearly

  • reviewing and refining document templates and implementing improvements

  • supporting stakeholders by strengthening the clarity and quality of their drafted content

  • nurturing positive working relationships to gather insights and finalise executive summaries
