As a Senior Test Analyst at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll play a key role in ensuring ICT solutions meet functional, technical and operational requirements before they're released into a complex healthcare environment. Working across ICT projects and operations, you'll lead structured testing activities, quality assurance and coordinated validation to support safe, reliable and high-quality outcomes. This is a collaborative role where your testing expertise, analytical thinking and ability to engage stakeholders will help enable hospital operations and patient care.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you'll make a positive impact by:

  • Developing and maintaining risk-based test strategies, plans and execution approaches
  • Designing and executing functional, system, integration and regression testing with full requirements traceability
  • Leading defect management activities, including triage, prioritisation and resolution tracking
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and assessing release and deployment readiness
  • Providing clear reporting on test progress, quality risks, defect trends and release readiness
  • Building strong relationships with technical, business and operational stakeholders to support quality outcomes

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in testing and quality assurance within complex ICT or service delivery environments, with 5+ years' experience desirable
  • Strong expertise in test design, execution, requirements traceability and risk-based testing approaches
  • Experience interpreting business and functional requirements and translating them into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
