As a Supplies Administrator at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you’ll provide critical support to our supply chain operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders and inventory to meet hospital needs. Reporting to the Supplies Team Leaders, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing access to the loading dock
- Processing orders, deliveries, and stock movements in accordance with hospital procedures
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts
- Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or delays
- Ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operations
- Assisting with financial queries in relation to purchasing and receivables
- Maintaining minimum levels of FM managed supplies stock at all times
- Raising requisitions and purchase orders on behalf of the Supplies Service

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse environments
- Ability to work with multiple systems and maintain high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in computer and Microsoft applications
- Experience using Oracle, SAP or any ERP system (Desirable)
