Your Opportunity  

We are looking for a Traffic Operator to efficiently operate the Smart Mobility Platform under the direction and guidance of the Supervisor, ensuring smooth and effective platform functionality to support organizational mobility objectives.

 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills. 

 

This role is part of the Operations team and will be based in Riyadh, KSA

 

The hiring for this role is subject to contract award.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Operate the Smart Mobility Platform and its modules
  • Utilise Use Cases and implement Response Plans
  • Interface with internal and external Stakeholders as required by the Response Plans or ad hoc situation
  • Issue pertinent information to Stakeholders
  • Receive and log information received from Stakeholders
  • Log faults and support remedial actions including supporting the follow up through to closure, according to procedures
  • Monitor conditions and Events on the Network of Interest
  • Monitor Stakeholder data feeds
  • Generate reports, and KPIs including extracting data
  • Generate Shift Reports

 

Specific Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with evidence of professional development
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, commonly used applications, and the ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to examine and interpret large data sets, reports and visualisations
  • Good standard of the English Language (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of transportation operations and control systems
  • Working within a Control Centre/Control Room environment
  • Membership of a professional body
  • Arabic Language skills preferred (verbal and written)
