We’re looking for a a detail oriented and motivated AI Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a fixed term, part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

An AI Digital Marketing Specialist is an entry-level professional responsible for developing, implementing, and refining machine learning (ML) models, typically requiring 0–2 years of experience. They focus on data preprocessing, model training, and integrating AI into applications, often acting as a bridge between data science research and production systems.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in programming (Python, R, Java), deep knowledge of machine learning (neural networks, CNNs, RNNs), data engineering skills (SQL, handling large datasets), and expertise in AI frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Critical thinking, mathematical competence (linear algebra, statistics), and effective communication are essential to bridge the gap between AI development and business application.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is essential, including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. Basic Javascript, HTML, or CSS is often required for implementation roles.
• Machine Learning Fundamentals: Understanding supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks (CNNs, RNNs).
• Data Handling: Skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, and querying databases using SQL or NoSQL.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud Platforms: Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for AI model deployment.
• Version Control: Experience with tools like Git for code management.
• Model Optimization: Tuning hyperparameters and optimizing algorithms for better accuracy and performance.
• Conversational AI: Utilizing tools to build chatbots, NLP models, and managing data flows.
