Are you a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our product-based organisation, working primarily within the Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

 

In this key role, you will design, develop, and implement tailored Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, applying your technical expertise within an agile environment to continuously improve our products and services.


As part of this you’ll:

  • Lead design and development of custom Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that meet business needs.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems for seamless data flow and automation.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to enhance business processes.
  • Act as a technical leader by mentoring junior developers and supporting team knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, support, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, adhering to ITIL service management practices.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
  • Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and team capability.
  • Adhere to and promote company governance, security, and information management policies.

What you’ll need to do the role:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development and customisation.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Omnichannel & CoPilot Studio for Customer Service and Contact Centre, including IVR setup.
  • Skilled in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and CoPilot Studio.
  • Strong Dynamics 365 CE development skills including workflows, custom actions, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Proficient in C# (.NET), JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
  • Experienced with Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault).
  • Knowledgeable in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery.
  • Comfortable using XRM Toolbox for system administration and metadata analysis.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance may be required.

Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, problem solver, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Field Service & IoT, and data migration into Dataverse.
