Band 6 / £27,000 per annum

  

Here at Serco, we’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Learning & Development Advisor to join our team at Serco. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong systems experience and a passion for supporting learning delivery across a large, complex organisation.

 

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating learning activity, managing systems, and supporting apprenticeship administration while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

 

As part of this you’ll:

  • Manage and maintain learning assignments within SAP SuccessFactors LMS
  • Upload, test, and maintain online learning content in collaboration with Content Developers
  • Provide guidance on LMS best practices and system functionality
  • Support LMS migration projects, ensuring accurate transfer of training records
  • Manage course bookings and respond to delegate queries
  • Maintain and update the learning catalogue
  • Produce reports on learning activity and performance
  • Coordinate communications around learning opportunities and mandatory training
  • Manage and respond to training requests via ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system
  • Handle queries relating to learning activities and course availability
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Serco contracts
  • Work closely with third-party training providers to support delivery
  • Provide administrative support for apprenticeship programmes
  • Support learner records and compliance processes

 

What you’ll need to do the role:

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Work independently and manage your own workload
  • Use initiative to resolve queries and improve processes
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service
