Join Serco’s Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering recruitment across our Group and Corporate Functions.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on recruitment role supporting a broad portfolio of vacancies across functions including Finance, Digital, HR, Growth, Legal and Communications and other corporate disciplines.

While this is a Coordinator role, we’re looking for someone operating at an experienced TAC level who can take ownership of their recruitment workload and work with a high degree of autonomy. You’ll manage a busy portfolio of around 20–35 vacancies at any one time, including roles up to Band 3 (senior management), working closely with hiring managers and candidates to keep recruitment moving at pace.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid in-house Talent Acquisition experience who is confident managing multiple vacancies, stakeholders and priorities with minimal hand-holding, and who enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

As part of this you’ll:

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day recruitment activity across your portfolio, ensuring vacancies progress smoothly from approval through to offer and onboarding.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 20–35 live vacancies across a range of Group and Corporate Functions.
  • Coordinating recruitment activity for Band 3 and below roles, including Finance, HR, Commercial, Legal, Technology and Communications positions.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, agree recruitment activity and keep processes moving.
  • Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, feedback and selection activity, managing diaries and competing stakeholder priorities.
  • Supporting attraction and sourcing activity, including working with LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment systems and other sourcing tools where required.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring ATS records, recruitment data and vacancy information are accurate and up to date.
  • Supporting offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate journey.
  • Providing regular updates on recruitment progress, highlighting delays, risks and actions required.
  • Building effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates and wider HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
  • Supporting wider team activity including talent pipeline administration, research, reporting and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need to do the role:

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is organised, proactive and confident managing a busy workload independently. You’ll have a strong track record of delivering recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholders, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of vacancies simultaneously, ideally around 20–35 live requisitions across different disciplines.
  • Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Commercial, Legal, Technology or Communications.
  • Confidence managing recruitment processes from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and confidently manage expectations.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to keep multiple recruitment processes moving at pace.
  • Experience using an ATS and recruitment systems, with exposure to platforms such as Phenom, Workday or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work with a high degree of autonomy.
