As a Operational Administraor in our Stowmarket team, you’ll provide administrative support to the onsite Management Team, ensuring that best practice, processes and procedures are followed. To support the development and implementation of professional operational systems and services that will enable the achievement and robust delivery of business objectives.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Lead on any administrative projects.
- Manage ordering of materials and equipment using SAP finance systems.
- Arrange meetings, events, accommodation and travel for the Management Team.
- Implement, manage, maintain and improve management information systems and databases.
- Distribute and produce reports and key performance indicators from management information.
- Establish, manage and maintain the operational filing systems, both hard and soft.
- Assist and co-ordinate the organisation of personnel related activities such as staff recruitment and induction.
- Manage and distribute operational announcements, bulletins and communications to workforce as required.
- Attend meetings and workshops for activities associated with the administration of operational activities, distributing minutes in a timely manner. Also following up actions and ensuring their closure from the team.
- Work as part of the team, putting forward suggestions and ideas for improvements in service provision.
- Undergo specific training to improve skill levels and knowledge of role requirements as and when defined training is identified as being required or available.
- Maintain excellent customer relations.
- Support continual improvement and innovation such that the company is recognised for developing and applying best people practices and providing excellent value for money in the area of professional services.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as and when necessary.
