As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Justice Transport Services team to deliver essential services. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help keep operations organised, efficient, and running smoothly. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support accurate outcomes and strong team performance. This is a role where your coordination and initiative truly matter.

As an Administrative Coordinator in the Justice Transport Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Managing calendars, inboxes, and daily priorities for leaders
• Coordinating meetings, events, and operational activities
• Preparing reports, correspondence, and key documents
• Tracking actions, complaints, and workflow progress
• Maintaining accurate records and system data
• Supporting continuous improvement across admin processes
