As our Compliance & Reporting Manager within the Justice Transport Service (JTS), you’ll play a vital role in strengthening contract compliance and operational performance. Reporting to the General Manager and based in Melbourne, you’ll partner with internal teams and Government stakeholders to ensure we meet contractual obligations and performance measures. You’ll analyse, trend and report on operational data to support continuous improvement across the service. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards within the Victorian justice system.
As a Compliance & Reporting Manager in the Justice Transport Service team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Overseeing contractual compliance and operational performance measures

Managing the Quality Management System aligned to ISO 9001:2015

Analysing, trending and reporting on performance data to drive improvement

Facilitating risk and operational assurance reporting, meetings and follow-ups

Monitoring training compliance and maintaining key compliance registers

Collaborating with Government and regulatory stakeholders to provide trusted advice

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Contract Law

ISO 9001:2015 knowledge or certification

Experience in compliance, auditing or contract performance (Justice experience highly regarded)
