As a Client Contact and Customer Coordinator in the Return and Reintegration Assistance Program (RRAP) team, you’ll be helping people voluntarily return home in a safe, informed, and supported way. You’ll be the first point of contact for client enquiries, delivering accurate information with care and professionalism. Working with a compassionate team, you’ll support people with complex needs through sensitive conversations and coordinated processes.
As a Client Contact and Customer Coordinator in the RRAP team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Providing person-centred guidance to clients navigating voluntary return support

Managing enquiries via phone, email, and web, offering accurate, respectful responses

Supporting internal processes including documentation, reporting, and compliance
-
Liaising with government departments and reintegration partners on client progress

Developing effective communication tools and contributing to internal audits

Case managing individuals based on Nauru and coordinating with support teams

Your ideal skills & experience:

Experience working in client-facing or contact centre roles, ideally in service delivery

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
-
A Certificate III (or higher) in business, community services, or a related field
-
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and a trauma-informed approach
-
Familiarity with case management systems and compliance environments
-
A valid driver’s licence, First Aid certification, and current Working with Children clearance
