As a Client Services Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of cleaning services across schools and agencies, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and care. You’ll work closely with on-site teams and stakeholders to create safe, clean and welcoming environments. This role brings together leadership, relationship building and operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes.
As a Client Services Manager in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Managing day-to-day cleaning service delivery across allocated sites
- Leading, supporting and developing cleaning teams to thrive
- Building trusted relationships with schools and agency partners
- Ensuring compliance with service plans, safety and quality standards
- Monitoring performance, audits and continuous improvement actions
- Coordinating term break cleaning and responding to service needs

- Experience leading teams in facilities, cleaning or service delivery environments
- Proven ability to lead, engage and devlop diverse teams
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach
- Confidence managing rosters and performance outcomes
- Experience supporting safety, quality and compliance standards
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and a Working with Children's Check willing to obtain one is fine if you don't already hold a WWCC)
