As a Contract Manager in our Facilities Management team, you’ll lead the delivery of integrated FM services across a key client portfolio. You’ll partner closely with Government stakeholders to ensure services are safe, compliant and consistently high-quality. Working with a supportive and experienced team, you’ll drive performance, strengthen relationships and create positive outcomes for customers and communities.

As a Contract Manager in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Leading contract performance to meet safety, quality and financial targets

• Managing client relationships and building trusted partnerships

• Overseeing service delivery across cleaning and facilities operations

• Developing and mentoring team members to achieve their best

• Monitoring budgets, forecasting and optimising financial outcomes

• Ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative and safety requirements

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting skills
