We’re looking for a proactive and driven Finance Manager – Payroll & Reporting to join our ASPAC Finance team. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of payroll finance reporting for around 10,000 employees using SAP HCM, supporting our Australian subsidiaries. You’ll collaborate across the business, lead payroll compliance reporting, and champion continuous improvement in our finance operations.
As a Finance Manager – Payroll & Reporting in the ASPAC Finance team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Completing SAP finance reporting for Australian payroll activities
- Completing payroll tax and employee entitlement reporting for each State and Territory
- Managing month-end and year-end close processes
- Liaising with stakeholders to resolve reporting queries and build customised reports
- Recommending and reviewing system improvements for better reporting outcomes
- Supporting broader finance activities including leasing under IFRS16 and ad hoc project work

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Deep understanding of payroll finance reporting, including SAP HCM and SAP Finance (Essential)
- Strong grasp of Australian payroll legislation and employee entitlements (Essential)
- Advanced Excel modelling skills (Essential)
- CPA or CA qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills to partner with internal finance teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in high-volume, complex payroll environments
- Ability to drive improvements, influence change and solve problems proactively
