As our HSE Advisor – Reporting & Insights, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how we understand and act on safety and environmental data. You’ll work closely with HSE, IT and operational teams to turn complex data into clear, practical insights. Your work will help shape safer, smarter decisions across our ASPAC operations.

As a HSE Advisor – Reporting & Insights in the HSE team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Designing and developing HSE dashboards and reporting packs
• Delivering regular and ad hoc reporting across key HSE metrics
• Analysing data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Collaborating with teams to enhance reporting systems and tools
• Streamlining processes to improve data accuracy and consistency

• Experience in HSE, risk, or data analysis in regulated environments
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of performance frameworks
• Confidence communicating insights to a range of stakeholders
• Experience with tools like Excel, Power BI or SQL
• Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively
