As our Head of Transition & Mobilisation, you’ll lead how we design and deliver large-scale Government contracts across Australia and the Asia Pacific. You’ll shape a consistent and high-quality approach to transition and mobilisation, helping us deliver with confidence from day one. Working closely with senior leaders and customers, you’ll guide complex programmes from bid through to go-live and beyond. You’ll also build capability across teams and strengthen how we deliver meaningful services to communities.

As a Head of Transition & Mobilisation in the Operations Hub team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

  • Defining and delivering transition and mobilisation strategy across the region
  • Leading the design and continuous improvement of transition and mobilisation frameworks
  • Establishing governance, reporting and assurance to support successful delivery
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and Government partners
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing transition and mobilisation team
  • Overseeing complex programmes, managing risks and resolving delivery challenges

  • Proven experience leading large scale complex transitions, mobilisations and/or programs
  • Strong understanding of Government contracts and tender processes (highly desirable)
  • Confidence in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build, support and empower high-performing teams
  • Experience working in regulated or complex service environments
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or MSP (highly desirable)
