Role Overview:

We are looking for a Joint Movement Contract Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to MELABS across a range of services. This includes coordinating and managing accommodation and travel movements for the Australian Defence Force personnel at Al Minhad Airbase in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (e.g., in-country relocations, scheduled leave, etc.). The role also involves supporting the Base Pass operation, including the preparation and administration of identification card applications and replacements, report generation, email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and other related tasks. As this position requires an AGSVA Security Clearance at a minimum level of NV1, the successful candidate will also assist with escorting duties for non-cleared personnel as needed.

  • Full Australian Driving License

Compensation and Benefits:

 

Basic Salary

13,100 AED

Accommodation Allowance

5,600 AED

Transport Allowance

1,300 AED

Monthly Total/Gross Salary

AED 20,000

*Approx. AUD 8,300 as per current exchange rate.

 

  • Paid Annual Leave Entitlement – Thirty-Three (33) working days exclusive of public holidays
  • Air Fare Benefit - Equal to one (1) return economy class ticket to Australia yearly for each completed year of employment
  • Medical Insurance - Eligible – As per Company Policy and terms of the service provider
  • Life Assurance - Two (2) x Annual Basic Salary and as per terms of the service provider
