As our Culture & Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping leadership, capability and culture across our AsPac division . Working closely with the Director, Leadership, Culture & Capability, you’ll design and deliver high-impact initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, uplift workforce capability and foster a culture of belonging and performance . You’ll partner with operational and enabling teams to ensure we’re ready to meet today’s complex challenges while building sustainable success for the future.
As a Culture & Organisational Development Specialist in the AsPac team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

Designing and embedding enterprise-wide talent and capability frameworks

Developing and delivering leadership programs across multiple levels
-
Coaching and mentoring leaders to foster inclusive, values-led practices
-
Partnering with teams to drive culture, performance and DE&I initiatives

Analysing capability gaps and implementing targeted learning solutions
-
Leveraging data and insights to continuously improve programs and impact

Experience designing and delivering leadership and organisational development programs

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels

Experience in adult learning principles, facilitation and capability frameworks

Demonstrated success in driving culture or change initiatives

Relevant qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Adult Learning or Business
-
A passion for innovation, technology-enabled learning and continuous improvement
