As our Culture & Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping leadership, capability and culture across our AsPac division . Working closely with the Director, Leadership, Culture & Capability, you’ll design and deliver high-impact initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, uplift workforce capability and foster a culture of belonging and performance . You’ll partner with operational and enabling teams to ensure we’re ready to meet today’s complex challenges while building sustainable success for the future.

As a Culture & Organisational Development Specialist in the AsPac team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Designing and embedding enterprise-wide talent and capability frameworks

• Developing and delivering leadership programs across multiple levels

• Coaching and mentoring leaders to foster inclusive, values-led practices

• Partnering with teams to drive culture, performance and DE&I initiatives

• Analysing capability gaps and implementing targeted learning solutions

• Leveraging data and insights to continuously improve programs and impact

• Experience designing and delivering leadership and organisational development programs

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels

• Experience in adult learning principles, facilitation and capability frameworks

• Demonstrated success in driving culture or change initiatives

• Relevant qualifications in HR, Organisational Development, Psychology, Adult Learning or Business

• A passion for innovation, technology-enabled learning and continuous improvement
